This is what Wednesday evening looked like last time.

Cedar sauna in the parking lot.
Local vendors inside. Conversations, community, discovery, the simple feeling you forget exists.

Then the salt chamber.

Crystal bowls. Amber light. Raw Himalayan salt.

You lie down and you stop carrying things for a while.

We’re doing it again. May 20, Edmonton.

Two sessions at Hyperbaric Health & Spa.

It doesn’t end in the salt room.

After 20 minutes in the wood-fired cedar sauna and a 45-minute Himalayan salt sound bath, we transition into a social cooldown.

Early: arrive 5:30 → sound bath 6:30
Late: arrive 6:15 → sound bath 7:30

20 minutes in the wood-fired cedar sauna. Heat that finds the tension and works on it.
Then 45 minutes in the Himalayan salt chamber with Abøn on live singing bowls and gongs.

The room goes quiet. So does everything else.

Free parking. Bring a towel, blanket, pillow and something comfortable to change into.
