Dry needling is one of the 🧰 tools our physios may use to target tight muscles, reduce pain, and help you move better.

It can be helpful for things like neck tension, headaches, shoulder pain, low back pain, and certain sports injuries.

Not sure if it’s right for you? Your physio will assess your needs and go from there. 💪

Booked a chiropractic appointment but not sure what to expect? 👀 Here’s the deal.

Your treatment is personalized to you, your symptoms, and what you’re hoping to get back to doing.

Your appointment might include:
• Chiropractic adjustments
• Soft tissue work
• Acupuncture
• Mobility work
• A mix of the above

❌ And no, you don’t need to have back pain to see a chiropractor.

Chiropractic care can help with neck and back pain, stiffness, restricted movement, tension headaches, sports injuries, workplace injuries, MVA injuries, and improving range of motion.

The goal? Help you move better, feel better, and keep doing the things you love.

Have questions about what chiropractic care could look like for you? We’re happy to chat. 👋

Firm. Smooth. Therapeutic.
Basically, she’s here to find the problem and get to work. 👀

What does she love helping with?
A specific issue. Mack loves having something to work on and wants both you and her leaving the appointment feeling like you actually made progress.

What does she see a lot of?
Lower back pain + shoulder tension. The classics. 😅

One stretch everyone should do daily?
Pecs. Seriously. Do not sleep on this one.

Got a stubborn spot that’s been annoying you lately? Mack might be your girl. 💆‍♀️
