Looking back, it was never just about skincare.

It was about the people we’ve met, the trust we’ve been given, the conversations shared, and the community that formed around a simple belief: that caring for yourself matters.

Twenty years ago, .m.cabana began her journey as an esthetician, guided by a passion for skin and a desire to help others feel confident in their own.

Six years ago, that passion became Loshen & Crem.

And one year ago, we opened the doors to our Windermere boutique and welcomed you into a space we had dreamed about for so long — a place where skin concerns are met with understanding, expertise, and care.

Every consultation, every facial, every recommendation, every familiar face walking through our doors has become part of this story.

To everyone who has supported us, trusted us, visited us, and grown alongside us — thank you.
