🔥💍 A SAUNA + A WEDDING + A LAKE VIEW… YES PLEASE! 🌊🔥

Our sauna had a pretty special spot this weekend — tucked right by the lake for a wedding celebration, with the most beautiful view! 😍

And it got us thinking… there are SO many ways to enjoy a mobile sauna!

✨ Wedding weekends — a relaxing addition for the wedding party or guests.

👯‍♀️ Girls’ weekends — sauna, lake views, good food and lots of laughs!

🏡 Cottage weekends — bring the spa experience right to your own backyard or waterfront property.

🦌 Hunting season — after a long, chilly day in the woods, imagine coming back to a hot sauna! 🔥 Whether it’s a guys’ hunting weekend, a family hunting trip or just a place to warm up and unwind after being outdoors, we think this one is a winner!

🎂 Birthdays & milestones — because sometimes you just need an excuse to gather your favourite people!

❄️ Winter getaways — there’s something pretty magical about a hot sauna on a cold winter day.

💑 Couples’ retreats — unplug, relax and enjoy some quiet time together.

🧘‍♀️ Wellness weekends — pair your sauna session with yoga, stretching, meditation or a sound bath.

🎉 Special events & celebrations — reunions, showers, retreats or just because!

And of course… sauna + cold plunge for those looking to add a little extra adventure! 🥶🔥

The best part? We bring the sauna right to you!

🌲 Handcrafted cedar sauna

🌲🔥 MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND VALLEY SAUNA RENTALS! 🔥🌲

We thought it was time to put some faces to the name! 😊

We’re Kelly & Yvan, the husband-and-wife team behind Valley Sauna Rentals here in the beautiful Ottawa Valley.

We’re outdoor lovers, wellness believers, proud dog parents to Piper & Jasper, and parents to 3 grown kids. And one of our favourite titles? Mimi & Papa to our grandson, Dax. ❤️

We started Valley Sauna Rentals because we truly believe that sometimes the best way to slow down, reconnect and recharge is to step away from the busy stuff and spend some time together.

🔥 A wood-fired sauna
🌲 Fresh air & nature
❤️ Time with the people you love
🧖‍♀️ A little self-care
🐾 And maybe a couple of four-legged friends nearby!

Our goal is simple: to make your sauna experience something you’ll remember.

Whether you’re planning a weekend with friends, a relaxing getaway at the cottage, a wellness day, or just need an excuse to slow down for a few hours… we’d love to bring the sauna to you!

Thank you for supporting our small, local business. Every booking, share, recommendation and kind word means more to us than you know. ❤️

We can’t wait to welcome you to the sauna! 🔥

🌿 Turn your sauna session into a spa experience with essential oils! 🌿

Did you know you can safely enjoy the benefits of essential oils in the sauna? The key is never add oils directly to the hot rocks. Instead, add a few drops to water and use one of these methods:

✨ Add 3–5 drops to your sauna bucket before ladling water over the rocks.
✨ add 3-5 drops to some water and place into our Sauna Aromatherapy bowl. This hangs over the rocks, so the aroma gently fills the sauna.
✨ Add a few drops to a cool, damp towel and place it nearby.

🌲 Try these favourites:
💜 Lavender – Relax & unwind
🌿 Eucalyptus – Refresh & open your senses
🍊 Sweet Orange – Uplift your mood
🌱 Peppermint – Cooling & energizing
🌲 Cedarwood – Warm, grounding & calming

What’s your favourite sauna scent? Tell us below! 👇

Always use 100% pure essential oils, start with just a few drops, and avoid placing oils directly on the rocks.

Sometimes your body isn’t asking for another coffee… it’s asking for a reset. 🔥🧖‍♀️

If you’ve been feeling:
✨ Restless at night
✨ Exhausted even after a full night’s sleep
✨ Carrying tension that just won’t let go
✨ Stressed from the moment you wake up
✨ Sore for days after a workout
✨ Constantly running on empty

…it might be time to slow down and give your body the recovery it deserves.

A wood-fired sauna isn’t just about getting warm. It’s about giving yourself permission to unplug, relax, improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and recharge both your body and mind.

Your reset is waiting. ❤️

📍 Valley Sauna Rentals delivers a handcrafted, wood-fired sauna right to your home, cottage, or special event. Add our cold plunge for the ultimate hot-and-cold recovery experience!

🔥 Want to take your sauna experience to the next level? Add a Cold Plunge! ❄️

The magic isn’t just in the heat… it’s in the contrast.

Alternating between the warmth of a wood-fired sauna and the refreshing chill of a cold plunge is known as contrast therapy, and it’s an experience your body will thank you for.

✨ Benefits of adding a cold plunge:
❄️ Helps reduce muscle soreness and inflammation
❤️ Boosts circulation
🧠 Increases energy, focus, and mental clarity
💪 Supports recovery after workouts or busy days
😌 Leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated
💙 Many people even report better sleep afterward!

Whether you’re celebrating at the cottage, hosting friends, or simply treating yourself to a wellness weekend, the hot + cold combination creates an unforgettable experience.

Have you ever tried a cold plunge after a sauna? Tell us below…👇
Would you jump right in, or would you need a little convincing? 😅
