What a great Lunch and Learn session this week with Sunnyridge Equestrian 🐴 🐔 🌲

Meg Douglas and Karen Johnston from Sunnyridge educated us on their wide range of counselling and mental health based treatment and services rooted in nature. They are located in our neighborhood in Belnan!

Renew and Adapt are building out our community provider network to share services in our community that help our patients beyond what we offer in house.

It's important to look at the whole person, beyond what we offer!

On Sunday, April 5th the Snowbank Challenge 🏔️ ❄️ has finally been completed. It was a stubborn one to say the least! But let's officially call this spring 🌱🌼 🌞

Congrats to Mackie Risser for her genius level foresight to know that April 5th would be the day! 👏 🧠
