🧘‍♀️This Restorative Yoga experience offers gentle, fully supported postures that soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and allow the body to soften, heal, and restore.

🧘‍♀️ As you settle deeply into each pose, Reiki energy will be offered to support your body's natural healing and energetic balance. Lastly, as you settle into a cozy Savasana, the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other instruments will gently guide you even further inward.

🧘‍♀️ Bathed in soothing vibration, you are invited to simply rest, receive, and allow the frequencies to wash through your body and spirit, leaving you feeling deeply nourished, grounded, and renewed
