Guiding you toward balance, flow, and whole-body wellness.

Welcome to Sara Lodge Wellness — a peaceful space for holistic healing, balance, and renewal. I’m Sara, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) specializing in the mind-gut connection and the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support. In my practice, I combine Holistic Nutrition, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Restorative/Yin Yoga to help women feel lighter, calmer, and more co

nnected to themselves. Each service is designed to nurture your nervous system, reduce inflammation, and restore flow — whether through food, movement, or mindful self-care. My approach is intuitive, evidence-informed, and deeply compassionate. I believe in small, sustainable rituals that create lasting change, inside and out.

✨ Supporting your glow from the inside out.

You’re good at moving your body. But are you equally good at letting it rest? 🌿

If you love Pilates, yoga, fitness and staying active, this is your invitation to try something a little different.

I’m bringing a special Lymphatic-Focused Restorative Yoga class to Midtown Yoga & Pilates.

This isn’t a traditional yoga class where we’re trying to build strength, go deeper into a pose or keep moving.

It’s an opportunity to slow down and actually let your body restore.
We’ll explore gentle restorative postures, breathing and lymphatic-focused techniques, along with essential oils and optional hands-on adjustments.

And you don’t need to own a yoga studio’s worth of props 😂

Blocks are provided, just bring your own cozy blanket.

This is especially lovely if you:

🌿 Do Pilates or yoga regularly
🌿 Have an active lifestyle
🌿 Feel like your body needs more recovery
🌿 Want to support lymphatic flow
🌿 Need an hour to slow down and breathe
🌿 Or simply want to experience something different

FREE for Midtown members
$20 for non-members

Sometimes taking care of your body isn’t about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about giving it permission to be still.

I’d love to have you join me. 🤍 (link in the Bioooo) if your a member sign up on using your midtown account

This is just my POV 👇🏼

I scroll right past a lot of wellness content lately because, honestly, so much of it looks the same.

Same aesthetic.
Same perfectly staged photos.
Same fonts.
Same generic quotes.
Same “wellness” language.

And maybe that works for some people, but it doesn’t really connect with me.

When I’m looking at a wellness business, I want to know the real person behind it. I want to know the what, the why, the who. I want to feel like I’m connecting with an actual human being, not just looking at another perfectly curated version of what wellness is supposed to look like.

I think authenticity matters.

And honestly, that’s something I have always leaned into with my own business. And just life in general.

Less trying to look like everyone else.
More showing up as myself. 🤍 (hey, I also know I won’t be everyone’s cup of cacao)

Just my POV. Take it or leave it.

One of the questions I get asked often is...

“What’s the best exercise for my lymphatic system?”

The answer isn’t one specific workout.

It’s movement.

Unlike your heart, your lymphatic system relies on movement. It relies on muscle contractions, deep breathing, changes in body position, and regular movement to help keep lymph flowing.

That’s why I encourage people to find movement they genuinely enjoy.

Walking.
Swimming.
Strength training.
Restorative yoga.
Or Bikram yoga.

Every style offers something different, and every time you move your body, you’re supporting systems that were designed to move with you.

I also love that our community still has a studio offering traditional Bikram yoga. Thank you, Midtown Yoga for continuing to create a space where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

The best movement for your lymphatic system is the one you’ll come back to again and again. 🤍

Week 2 Challenge: Lace up your shoes and step outside!

Did you know that your lymphatic system relies entirely on you to keep things moving?

Unlike your circulatory system, it needs muscular contraction, aka movement, to flush out toxins and support your immune system.

A quick, gentle 10-minute stroll after lunch or dinner is the perfect, low-stress habit to build this week. 🌿 Dooooooo ittttt!
