Happy Mother’s Day to all the mammas!!! 🌸🤗❤️

To the mothers raising babies, teenagers, businesses, dreams, and sometimes even ourselves, all at once.

To the women who love fiercely, give endlessly, and somehow still keep showing up even on the hardest days.

Motherhood is beautiful… and messy. Sacred… and exhausting. It stretches you, cracks you open, softens you, strengthens you, and asks you to become someone new, grow, and live more, over and over again.

Today, I hope you feel celebrated not just for what you do, but for who you are🌸

For your presence. Your care. Your wisdom. Your tenderness. Your resilience.

To the women who mother in ways that aren’t always seen — through friendship, healing, nurturing, mentoring, loving, creating, holding space, and those who mother the 4 leggedes— this day is for you too. 💛

And today, may we also honour the greatest mother of all — Mother Earth. 🌎

The one who nourishes us, grounds us, holds us, and reminds us of the beauty of slowing down, rooting deeply, and living in rhythm with nature. May we care for her the way she cares for us.

I hope today holds slow moments, deep breaths, full hearts, and reminders that you are appreciated more than you know ❤️

Have you found yourself crying at a commercial, rage-cleaning your kitchen at 9pm, AND forgetting why you walked into a room…?

…it might not be your personality. 😌
It might be perimenopause.

Yep. That sneaky, *shape-shifting* chapter that can start in your late 30s or early 40s (sometimes earlier 👀) and tends to arrive like a quiet initiation (or a freight train)… whether you were ready or not.

A few less-talked-about peri menopause gems:

✨ Your anxiety can spike out of nowhere (even if you’ve never struggled before)

✨ Your tolerance for BS? Suddenly non-existent (honestly… a gift in disguise)

✨ Sleep can get weird—like “wide awake at 3am rethinking your entire existence” kinda fun 🙄

✨ Your body might hold onto weight differently, despite doing “all the right things”

✨ Brain fog is real…

And beneath all of that?
A deeper invitation.
A shedding. A remembering. A return to the woman you actually are—without the noise.

This isn’t just something to “get through.”
It’s a threshold moment.

BAD MOODS… I actually love them 😍

Hear me out…

Most of us feel a bad mood and immediately try to fix it, suppress it, or “positive think” our way out.

But bad moods? They hold INFORMATION. 🤩

This morning, I woke up fine… until I remembered our water meter is being replaced today.

That simple thought spiraled:
“I don’t know where it is.”
“I have no one here to ask.”
“I’m doing all of this alone.”

And there it was — the real reason for my bad mood.

Not the water meter.
Not PMS.
Not me being irrational.

It was the deeper ache of doing certain parts of life without a partner.

And once I actually listened instead of fighting it, my mood shifted.

My bad mood reminded me:
✨ I still deeply desire partnership
✨ I don’t need to give up on that
✨ I also need to ask for support where I can

That’s the magic.

Bad moods aren’t just “bad.”
Sometimes they’re messengers.

When you sit with them instead of shoving them away, they often crack open and show you exactly what needs your attention.

So no… bad moods don’t feel good.
But they can be incredibly useful.

P.S. If anyone knows where my water meter is… send help 😂☀️
