We’re Hiring: Foot Care Nurse (RN/RPN)

Tenderfeet Foot Care is growing, and we are looking for another Foot Care Nurse to join our team.

Demand for our services has continued to grow, and we are looking for a compassionate, reliable RN or RPN to provide foot care in our clinic, in clients’ homes, and at the three facilities we serve.

This is a part-time/casual contractor role with flexible scheduling. You choose the days and hours you want to work. We also have administrative support to help with scheduling and paperwork, so you can focus on client care.

Pay: CA$30.00–CA$70.00 per hour

You must be an RN or RPN in good standing with the CNO and hold an Advanced Diabetic Foot Care Certificate. Applicants should have their own routine foot-care instruments, professional liability insurance, a valid driver’s licence, and a reliable vehicle for mobile appointments.

There is also the possibility to sell compression and provide nail bracing treatments after training.

👣 The Foot Care Partnership: It Doesn’t End When the Visit Does! 👣

At Tenderfeet Medical Foot Care, your nurse spends the entire visit trimming your nails, reducing calluses, and giving your feet the specialized care they deserve.

So now you get to go home and just enjoy that great feeling until next time, right?

WRONG! 🛑

Maintaining healthy feet is a partnership. Your nurse does the heavy lifting during the visit, but the magic keeps going when YOU do your homework in between appointments. That means moisturizing daily, wearing proper footwear, keeping feet clean and dry, and checking regularly for any changes.

If you've ever complained about dry, cracked, or rough feet, chances are someone has told you to "just use a urea cream!"

"Why does it cost that much just for one sore toe?" 💜

We get it. When you've got one sore spot, one corn, one callus, or one toe that's been bothering you — paying for a full initial assessment can feel like a lot — especially when money is tight. We hear that, and we genuinely understand. 💙

But here's why we can't offer a "quick fix" price — and why we'd be doing you a disservice if we did.

You're not paying for a corn removal or a callus reduction.

You're paying for a Registered Nurse to assess your feet, your circulation, your nerve sensation, your skin integrity, your health history, and your medications — and then treat you safely based on all of that information.
