Skin tightening devices DO work. But will they work enough for you? 👀

XERF, Thermage, Ultherapy… they can all improve skin laxity. But what you’re starting with matters. A LOT.

Because here’s the catch: they can tighten loose skin. They can’t make it disappear. 🪄

And that little distinction can be the difference between “okayyyy, I see you 👀” and “wait… that’s it?” 😬

Right treatment + right patient + realistic expectations. That’s the magic combo.

Wondering if skin tightening is actually worth it for you? Let’s figure that out before you spend the money. 🤍

If I were matchmaking aesthetic treatments… 💘

Some treatments are great on their own. But pair them with the right partner and they complement each other in a way that makes the overall result even better.

And that’s really the point of combination treatments. It’s not about doing more. It’s about choosing treatments that bring different strengths to the relationship. 💍

You absolutely don’t need to couple up every treatment. But when two treatments address different pieces of the same concern? Sometimes they’re just better together.

Apparently I’m now accepting applications for aesthetic couples counselling. 😂

Not sure which treatments make sense for your goals? Book a consultation and we’ll build a plan around your face, your skin and what you’re actually trying to achieve. 🤍

If skin tightening devices were people, these three would absolutely not sit at the same table. 😂🌶️

Thermage is the OG. Ultherapy likes to go deep. And XERF came along saying, “Okay, but what if we made this a little less spicy?” 👀

Same general goal. Very different personalities.

Which one are you most curious about? 👇

This is one of those “it depends” answers that nobody particularly enjoys hearing. 😂

Microneedling and RF microneedling have some overlap, but they’re different tools. And choosing between them should come down to what we’re trying to accomplish.

Not sure which treatment makes sense for your skin? That’s exactly what a consultation is for. 🤍

After my last PRP reel, I had a lot of@pwople@dm me@pics of their under eyes. All asking the same question…

“Will PRP fix my eye bags?” 👀

The answer is… it depends.

Not every “eye bag” is actually the same thing. It could be thin, crepey skin, hollowing, pigment, blood vessels showing through thin skin, or a true fat pad.

One of the best ways to think about PRP/PRF is as a skin quality treatments. They stimulate collagen and can improve the appearance of thin, crepey skin, making the under-eye area look healthier over time.

If you think better looking skin under your eyes would improve your concern then PRP may be a great option.
But if your concern is a true fat pad, significant hollowing, or loose skin, PRP has a much more limited ability to help.

✨ Nano needling and microneedling both improve the appearance of your skin, but they do it in very different ways.

Nano needling is ideal when your goal is brighter, smoother, more hydrated-looking skin with little to no downtime. It’s also a great way to enhance the absorption of skincare ingredients, making it an excellent option before a wedding, vacation, special event. Although “it’s Tuesday” is also a perfectly acceptable reason.

Microneedling, on the other hand, is a collagen induction treatment. If your concerns include fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, or uneven skin texture, it’s often the better choice because it’s designed to create long-term changes within the skin. It’s less about looking amazing next weekend and more about thanking yourself six months from now.

💬 If you’re not sure which treatment is the best fit, that’s exactly what a consultation is for.

Before you invest in PRP facial treatments, here’s one thing that’s important to understand:

PRP isn’t designed to compete with filler, Botox, or lasers. It has a completely different job.

Instead of adding volume or relaxing muscles, PRP works by supporting your skin’s natural repair processes. That means the improvements tend to be gradual and subtle, but they can also look incredibly natural.

The people who are happiest with PRP are usually the ones who value skin quality over dramatic change.

If your goal is healthier looking skin, better texture, and gradual improvement over time, PRP can be a fantastic option.

If your goal is lifting, replacing lost volume, or treating more advanced skin laxity, another treatment, or a combination of treatments, may be a better fit.

Curious whether PRP belongs in your treatment plan? Let’s talk. 🩸✨
