Sitting isn’t the problem. Staying still for too long is. 👀
Your body is built to handle different positions and movement throughout the day. But when you stay in one posture for hours, stiffness and tension can start to build up.
Your hips, spine, and shoulders respond better to regular movement, even if it’s just small position changes or quick movement breaks.
You don’t need perfect posture all day.
You just need to move more often. 🤝
