I started my career as a Paramedic in 2001 followed closely by being a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2003. I have lived in many places throughout Saskatchewan from northern to southern villages/towns/cities. They are with us 24/7 but are often neglected until it is too late. We may get dry, cracked skin, corns, calluses, fungal infections, ingrown nails, plantar fasciitis and maybe even wounds. Over
the years, through nursing, I have helped individuals in a nursing home or hospital setting which made me realize that preventative care is needed. I started Sole Much Better Foot Care in 2019 to help those in my community and surrounding area take that step in putting themselves first and receive Nursing Foot Care. Working with healthcare colleagues, Physicians and Podiatrists, referrals are exchanged to give you the best possible outcome. In 2021, I gained my Pedicure Technician certificate which gives me the opportunity to provide a broader range of foot care treatments. Thai Foot Massage combines the energy healing benefits of reflexology with the benefits of therapeutic massage by incorporating the entire lower leg, knee and foot in the treatment.
