We use instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and even t

uning forks, that vibrate at specific frequencies when struck. These instruments are tied to our chakra system. As more science research has emerged, researchers have found that sound is felt physically via vibrations in the body. These vibrations can help lower blood pressure, entrain your heart and body to a healthier frequency which creates harmony, and find a more relaxed state of mind.
