HER HOUR 🖤

This class is built for everyone.
Members range from 19 to 65 years old.
From all walks of life.
Postpartum, returning from injuries, seasoned vets or just stepping into a gym for the first time.

We work with free weights, cables, cardio machines, plyometrics and everything in between. Yes, I make you stretch before and after.

Full body workouts and everything can be modified to your specific goals and needs.

Self paced. You decide how heavy or light you need to go that day.

Some members come everyday, couple times a week or once in a while when their schedules allow.

I’ve met the best ladies through this class!

We grind but also joke a lot. And of course the ladies rue the day I was ever born when they see air bikes in the exercise rotation.

Come test the waters and see if it’s your jam!
