Discernment is the greatest tool you can have in Your toolbox of life

Your body is part of the healing too.

You can do all the energy work in the world and still feel stuck if what you’re eating is keeping your system inflamed, depleted, and running on empty. The two aren’t separate. They never were.

Real healing looks at the whole picture. What’s moving through your field and what’s moving through your body.

You are worthy of the rest your body is asking for

You do not have to work for it

You do not need someone’s permission to have it

It’s yours to use as you please

Rest isn’t just sleep either

But it means getting off your devices and giving all parts of you a break from everything

Take a bath

Walk outside

Read a book

Or take a nap

Find what fills your cup and run with it
