Hello! My name is Michelle, and I'm the practitioner here at the clinic.
This was me back in the day, before I became a practitioner.
Years ago, I remember standing in my kitchen looking at a cupboard full of supplements.
Bottle after bottle after bottle.
I had spent years reading health books, following advice, shopping at health food stores, and trying all kinds of products that were supposed to help me feel better.
As I stood there looking at all those bottles, all the money I'd spent, all the things I'd taken, all the diets and detoxes I'd tried in an effort to improve my health, I'd sometimes think to myself:
"I should be the healthiest person on the planet by now. Shouldn't I?"
But I wasn't.
In fact, I felt like death warmed over and I was only getting worse as the years went by.
So I started asking myself:
"What am I doing wrong?"
"What's the real answer?"
What I eventually realized was that I wasn't alone.
Most people are doing exactly what I was doing.
They're trying their best.
They're reading books.
Following health experts.
Taking supplements.
Trying diets.
Watching videos.
And they're hoping the next thing will finally be the answer.
The problem is that most of the advice out there is one-size-fits-all.
People are being told what worked for someone else, but they're not being shown how to determine what their own body actually needs.
So they end up guessing.
And sometimes they get lucky.
They try something and feel better for a while.
Then a few months later they're right back where they started and looking for the next thing to try.
Why?
Because health isn't just about finding something that helps.
It's about finding the right thing, at the right time, in the right order.
There's a basic order and process to follow to get the best results and take the guesswork out of the equation.
Just because something is natural doesn't automatically mean it's what your body needs at any given time.
And it's rarely just one thing that's going to "fix" us.
Real health improvements usually involve addressing multiple underlying imbalances, and real change takes time.
There are no magic pills and no quick fixes.
Believe me, I looked for them too.
Today, I'm grateful for the knowledge I gained, the work I put in, and the results that followed.
And that's what I'm committed to here for my clients:
Not quick "fixes."
Not guesswork.
Today, I'm grateful for the knowledge I gained, the work I put in, and the results that followed.
And that's what I'm committed to here for my clients.
Because I believe people deserve more than one-size-fits-all advice.
They deserve education.
They deserve understanding.
They deserve to know why they're doing what they're doing.
And they deserve a clear process that takes the guesswork out of their health journey and helps them achieve real, lasting results.
Real answers.
Real solutions.
Real results.
