✨ Brave Bodies Kids Yoga is coming to Fergus this July! ✨

Looking for a fun, confidence-building activity for your little one this summer?

Brave Bodies is a playful kids yoga program designed to help children connect with their bodies through movement, mindfulness, breathwork, games, and creativity.

We focus on building confidence, emotional awareness, self-regulation, and body positivity - all while having fun!

📅 Tuesdays in July
⏰ 10:00–11:00 AM
📍 Aura Dance Studio – Fergus
(151 St. David Street N, 2nd Floor)

NEW update: I've added more flexibility! You can register for the full 4-week series or join us for individual classes if that works better for your family's summer schedule.
