Meet Sabrina 💝 we are grateful for her offering ✨

She will be offering a Hatha Karma yoga class at Mantra for the month of June 🙌🏽 come enjoy a FREE community class ✨

Short bio:

I recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kerala, India, where I deepened my understanding of Hatha yoga as a holistic practice. I am especially passionate about weaving together pranayama, meditation, and asana to create experiences that support both physical and mental well-being. My teaching style is calm, intuitive, and accessible, encouraging students to connect with themselves through mindful movement and breath. As I continue growing as a teacher, I am excited to share these practices contribute to the beautiful Fernie community.
