Kim is a dedicated naturopath, biofeedback specialist, and colon hydrotherapist who focuses on detoxification, gut health, and energetic alignment to restore vitality and well-being. What happens in your digestion tract has an immense influence on your entire body. Often your body will "inform" you something is wrong. Many of us ignore telltale signs such as :
-low energy - brain fog-constipation-

over weight or difficulty to lose weight-trouble sleeping-unexplained headaches-skin problems. These symptoms become our normal, until our health deteriorates more. If you are experiencing any of these problems, you should consider colon hydrotherapy. A colonic therapist performs the colon cleanse while you rest on a table. Water is flushed through a tube into the rectum, toxins and waste is expelled through a different tube, the whole process is repeated. It is a closed system, there is no smell, everything is contained in the tubing. Each client has a prepackaged, disposable, one time use equipment. Warm water flows through the rectum into the colon for irrigation. The goal is to flush the entire colon through multiple filling and emptying cycles during the procedure. Usually, the whole procedure lasts around 40 minutes. Colon Hydrotherapy is a very gentle procedure for cleansing and detoxification of the colon.

Day 5 – Irregular Bowels: What Is Normal?

Many people think it’s normal to skip a day—or several days—between bowel movements.

But your digestive system was designed to move food in and waste out.
