If you know me you know how Breathwork, dance and meditation has transformed my life from fog to a delicious blend of bliss and truth! I want to share the power of these modalities which is why I am dedicated to bringing these types of Events to Niagara!!!

Happy Equinox my Loves!!

We are happy to host a community gathering TONIGHT Sunday September 22nd from 6PM-8pm in acknowledgement, alignment and Celebration of the equinox!

This event is open to Everyone who feels the call to join.

Itinerary

5:30-6pm Beach Clean up(gloves and bags provided)

6pm Opening circle starting ONTIME
aknowledging the equinox with a meditation to put us into a space of connection with this time of year.

6:20PM-730 DANCE PARTY
7:30- 8pm live sound journey and closing circle by Lauren Lauren Bartfai from Sonic Expressions

Let it all out through dance!
