🚧 Studio Renovation Update 🚧
To our amazing yoga community,
We are sorry, but all classes will be canceled through Thursday as we continue working hard to complete our renovations. We are so close to the finish line!
While the new wall is up, it still needs finishing work, which means more sanding and, unfortunately, more dust. With limited space and ongoing construction, we want to ensure the studio is safe, comfortable, and ready for your return.
Please accept our heartfelt apologies for this inconvenience. As a thank you for your patience and understanding, all active memberships will be extended by one month.
We truly appreciate your support as we work through these final stages. We can't wait to welcome you back onto the mat and share our refreshed space with you very soon.

UPDATE!💥
We’re getting so close… and guess what—we have LIGHTS 💡✨The wall will be completed by Friday 🧱, and this weekend is all about the fun stuff: painting 🎨, ceiling tiles, cleaning 🧼, and getting everything into place.We’re aiming to open on Monday—even if we’re not 100% finished. As long as the wall is up and we’ve got a working bathroom 🚿 (currently pulling double duty as storage 😅), we’re ready to welcome you with open arms to the new studio 🤍In the meantime:

We hear this ALL the time… and it’s exactly why yoga exists.
You don’t come to class because you’re flexible — you come to become more flexible, stronger, and feel better in your body.

This is the most common excuse I hear. And it's the most backwards one.

A systematic review published in the International Journal of Yoga by Woodyard found that regular yoga practice improved flexibility, strength, and balance while simultaneously reducing cortisol, blood pressure, and markers of chronic inflammation.

You don't need to be flexible to start yoga. Yoga is how you become flexible. Stiffness is the invitation, not the disqualification.

Yoga isn't about the shape your body makes. It's about the conversation between your breath and your tension. Every exhale is your body releasing what it no longer needs.

And the benefits go far beyond flexibility. Reduced anxiety. Better sleep. Improved balance that prevents falls. Lower blood pressure. These aren't side effects. They're the main event.

Your body isn't too stiff for yoga. It's stiff because it's been waiting for you to move it gently, consistently, without judgment.
