Treatment may help reduce sweating and improve comfort, confidence, and day-to-day quality of life.
In some cases, treatment may be covered through your extended drug benefits with a prescription from your family physician
(For example, routinely 200 units per treatment for underarms).
We recommend bringing a printed pre-authorization form to your doctor’s appointment to complete and submit directly to your insurance provider for approval.
Once approved, patients are responsible for providing their own medical Botox prescription from the pharmacy. An injection/procedure fee does apply for administration.
