Third Eye 💫

The throat Chakra!!

Boy oh boy have I struggled with this one quite a lot in the past.

Has anyone else been a chameleon to appease others while sacrificing your true authenticity?? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

It took me a long time to find my voice.

But wow, does it ever feel good to speak your mind when necessary.

For myself, my throat Chakra was very underactive. Meaning, I struggled HARD telling people the truth and speaking authentically.

INSERT PEOPLE PLEASING WOUND HERE 👈

On the contrary, someone with an overactive throat aspect may be quick to talk over others, and tends to be very critical of themselves.

Bring yourself back to balance ✨️ 😌 🙏
