Creating a Safe, Inclusive Space for Wellness & Healing

d, and included. To help keep this space supportive and grounded in our shared values, we ask everyone to follow the guidelines below.

Inclusivity: People of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences are welcome here. Safety: We protect this space from lateral violence, harm, harassment, and discrimination. Healing: We centre wellness, personal growth, mutual support, and collective well-being defined by Dene ways of being.
📌 Guidelines for Engagement
Not following the below guidelines could result in your comments being deleted without warning, or in extreme cases, being blocked from the page entirely.
1. Be kind and respectful
Approach conversations with empathy. We encourage diverse perspectives, but disrespect, shaming, or dismissiveness will not be tolerated.
2. No discrimination or harmful language
Posts or comments containing hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fatphobia or any other discriminatory or demeaning content will be removed.
3. Protect privacy, both yours and others’
Do not share private information (your own or others’) that could compromise safety or confidentiality. Avoid posting names or details about people without their permission.
4. No harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks
Personal attacks, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact will result in removal from the community.
5. Keep discussions grounded in wellness and healing
We welcome questions, resources, reflections, and conversations related to wellness, healing, and community support. Off-topic, inflammatory, or promotional content may be removed.
6. No solicitation or self-promotion
Unless explicitly invited, please refrain from advertising services, fundraising, or selling products.
7. Use content warnings when needed
If your post may include sensitive topics (e.g., trauma, violence, substance use), please begin with a Content Warning (CW) so others can choose how they engage.
8. Follow Facebook’s Community Standards
In addition to our guidelines, all page activity must comply with Facebook’s platform rules.
