Travelling has always been so special to me. Now it is even more so the case because I get to visit the people I love đź’•

New experiences matched with familiarity of being back in the place I grew up in is the perfect balance. Not to mention sharing that experience with my own kiddos.

Good ole shopping cart metaphors for the win!

This new Bruno Mars song hit different today, so I did what my younger self always did: I danced barefoot in my backyard. As a kid, this was my go‑to regulation tool—no agenda, no audience, just music, grass, and my whole body saying yes.

This month’s theme is “rooted in the present,” and this is exactly what that means to me: coming back to the simple, embodied things that used to bring us joy before life got complicated. Sometimes the most powerful way to come home to yourself is to return to the things you did for fun as a child.

If you’re feeling disconnected, ask yourself:
• What did I love doing before anyone was watching?
• What still feels good in my body when I do it now?

For me, it’s barefoot backyard dancing. For you, it might be climbing trees, drawing, biking with no destination, or singing at the top of your lungs in the car.

You already have everything you need to access your authentic self. It’s been here all along, waiting for you to remember. 💛

✨ August reminder: I am worthy of this pause. ✨
Today, I chose me.

I showed up at the salon not just to get my hair done—but to truly be here. In the present. In my body. In this moment.

A hot cup of coffee was made just for me and delivered right to my chair. No rushing. No multitasking. Just the warmth in my hands, the pages of my book turning slowly, and the quiet luxury of time that belongs only to me.

This is what it means to be rooted in the present.

To believe—deeply—that I am worthy of care, of stillness, of small indulgences that refill my cup.
August is asking us to slow down. To notice. To receive.

And today, I’m saying yes.

đź’› How are you choosing you this month?

🌲 Stacking wood, one log at a time.

There’s something deeply grounding about this rhythm—feeling the weight, hearing the thud, noticing the stack grow.

This August, I’m returning again and again to what’s right in front of me.

Not rushing ahead. Not replaying the past.

Just showing up, fully, for this moment.

Because presence isn’t found in the big gestures.
It’s in the small, steady acts—like stacking wood, breathing deep, and trusting that each piece has its place.

Where are you finding presence today? 💭🪵

Golden hour, lake side, and little shadows chasing big adventures. Play is better outside, where the sky slows down and the memories keep going.

Is there anything better than watching the sun set?

Taking a moment to slow down and step into the forest… not to rush, not to achieve, just to be.

This month’s theme is adventure and play, and sometimes the most meaningful adventure is letting yourself wander without a plan. Listening to the wind, noticing the light, following curiosity instead of a schedule.

Play doesn’t always have to be loud or busy. It can be quiet, grounding, and deeply restorative.

What if adventure looked like this today?

There is something deeply grounding about using my body and embracing “hard work” with my hands.

Stacking hay, breathing in the rhythm of the farm, and sharing space with these incredible animals and humans reminds me why this work matters. This is where connection happens — to self, to nature, and to something quieter within.

If you have been craving that kind of reset, you are invited to join us.
