Pain doesn’t always mean you have to stop doing what you love. 🏃‍♀️

We took a whole-body approach and combined chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and targeted rehab exercises to help them build back their capacity and confidence.

Now they’re back to running and doing what they love! 💚

⚡️Now offering shockwave therapy!! ⚡️

So what is shockwave therapy anyways???

Well it is non-invasive therapy using sound waves to soft tissues and bones to stimulate blow flow, break down scar tissues and promote natural healing processes. There's actually no shocks involved with any of the process 👌🏼

This process typically only takes a few minutes and can be added on as an additional service to your subsequent treatments with chiropractor or physiotherapist.

It may be helpful for:
- plantar fasciitis and heel pain
- achilles tendinopathy
- tennis elbow and golfers elbow
- rotator cuff tendinopathy and shoulder pain
