‼️ ATTN To the entire spiritual community: Spreading toxic positivity such as “it was ment to happen” to someone who is going through a rough time is harmful.

It actually diminishes and down plays the impact of someone else’s pain when you say that!!!!!!

Bad s**t just happens in life and you are allowed to be upset by it.

Telling yourself that “it all happens for a reason” may be used to help you cope with the stress of the situation but it can also trap our emotions from being expressed.

‼️😭I had a woman ask during a mediumship reading with me if it was OK to be visibly upset. And I said of course it is. She went on to tell me that she had a coworker say to her in response to the death of her child that “it was ment to be, and it is what it is”.

That comment made her feel unsure to show her grief in front of anyone, she felt ashamed. Because her grief was side stepped by “it was ment to be like that”.

How hurtful.

Just because you believe that everything happens for a reason does NOT erase the horrible events in people’s lives. Believing that does not make it less painful to experience.

So please, PSA ‼️to this medium and spiritual community stop with the toxic positivity bulls**t.

✨"Clairs" are spiritual senses. For me, my strongest clair would be Clairsentience aka clear feeling and working thourgh your emotions.

My second would be Clairvoyance aka clear seeing, which means I see images, memories, people, and objects that usually have meaning or signifigance for the sitter who is recieving the reading.

I am still working on my Clairaudience aka clear hearing.

This way you are able to get a deeper level of detail without any interferance from your human mind.

Clairaudience is also more energy friendly for a medium, and does not drain my energy as much as Clairsentience does for example.

People can think what they want of me and my mediumship. That’s on them but it took me SO LONG TO LEARN THAT.

People are going to talk regardless. It’s more important that you are being true to yourself ✨😇

You’re not alone if feeling vulnerable or scared that people are going to judge you is holding you back from developing your mediumship.

I was the same and I stayed in the mediumship closet for 10+ years longer than I should have. AND I REGRET IT. 😭

⤵✨Comment "ME" below if you'd like to join us so I can get an head count! This Friday, everyone welcome. I will be hosting a Spirit Circle this week where we will be letting go of the Summer energy and welcoming in the slower pace of Fall.

🍁Autumn brings a lot of physical changes for nature, but it also brings humans a lot of emotional changes.

Bring a tea, a cozy blanket, and let's sit in circle together in gratitude and mediation.

You may also bring a journal or notebook if you'd like some deeper reflection during the circle.

I will be leading a grounding and guided mediation experience as well as a powerful visualization to manifest into the Fall season of energy.

Id wake up and complain to my parents that people were walking in my room and I couldnt sleep.

It just was my normal at the time. Kids as so sensitive to spirit energy.

Dont shrug off what your children are telling you, they may just actually be having valid and true experiences.
