Hello all! 👋 I am starting up some beginner classes starting this Sunday, October 22 @ 4:45pm. This will be a weekly class ending November 19th. The 5 week package is $100.

If you have completed fundamentals and would like to do the next set (yoga/suspension fitness) those classes run Sundays at 6pm. If you would be interested in restorative yoga, reach out and I can set up a class for that.

Hello all!!

I wanted to reach out and let you all know that we are still open but there was a little break to allow for summer vacations. Keep your eyes open for the next set of classes starting in September.

If anyone would like to do a one off class we are still able to do that, just no set schedule as of right now.
