! I’m a mom to two wonderful kids, Ted and Dot, and wife to a small-town guy from Stanley. We live in Fredericton, NB, with our sweet dog Dolly and sassy cat Peaches. In the summer, you’ll find us at our camp on Lower Nashwaak Lake, and come winter, I’m hitting the curling rinks. I also love quiet moments with a good book or laughter-filled nights with friends and family. Mobile Smiles was born from my passion for making dental care more accessible, comfortable, and convenient—especially for rural communities, busy families, seniors in long-term care, and anyone who finds traditional dental offices overwhelming or hard to access. From fun and gentle first visits for kids, to mobile cleanings and spa-like professional whitening in my cozy home office, my goal is simple: to make your life easier, healthier, and happier. Dental hygiene pro tip from your girl: if you love coffee but hate the stains…. drink it quicker (chug it) instead of sipping and reheating it all day. The longer coffee sits on your teeth, the more staining it can cause!

A few easy ways to help reduce staining:
• Drink water after your coffee 💧
• Add milk or ice to lessen staining 🧊
• Use a straw to keep coffee off the teeth as much as possible 🥤
