Anger is one of the core and primal human emotions, yet many women and femme folks have a complicated relationship with both feeling and expressing healthy anger.
On October 3, we will gather at Wild Hawthorn to demystify our relationship with anger, explore the messaging that has distorted it, and reclaim the necessity of anger and aggression for protection, dignity, and healthy relationships.
This workshop will combine psychoeducation and self reflection with active somatic practises intended to mobilize thwarted anger responses safely on the land.
Finally, we will reclaim the inherent potency of feminine rage, not as a force of destruction, but ultimately as a force of creation when it is metabolized well and sent back into the world.
