You haven’t heard much from me as we’ve had a massive transition in living location and life. We moved over an ocean and have settled in a beautiful seaside village in West Wales.

The journey to get here was tough. REALLY difficult at times. There were so many emotions as we said goodbye to the life we loved and embraced change for the unknown.

My practice has temporary closed but I have plans to continue my traditional Chinese medicine learning and education to become a better practitioner for myself and for you. I’m not sure where the journey will lead me but I know I’ll come out a better version on the other end.

In the meantime, please reach out if you want to keep in touch or have any TCM related questions.

This week, current patients would have received an email update about my acupuncture practice. ☯️ In case this email was overlooked or directed to your junk mail, there are some important changes happening for my family and I. ✈️

This summer, I will be closing my acupuncture practice at Homebody, as we have been selected for a posting to the United Kingdom. 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 This is a rare and unique opportunity for us and we are excited and humbled to have been chosen.

I am so grateful to this small community for allowing me to share the healing power of acupuncture ✨ with you. While this serves as a temporary pause on my practice, I do hope to be able to share this medicine with you again.

Happy New Year everyone.

I came down with the flu last week but have been mostly hibernating to recuperate. I think it’s moments like these that remind us to slow down and listen to our bodies when they are telling us (and then forcing us!), to rest.

I will be back to work this week in much better shape and ready to start a new year with you. Please note that as of January 31st, I will not be accepting new patients, in order to accommodate those that I am currently working with. This may change in the future, but for now I want to ensure everyone is able to secure the appointments they require.
