🛏️ Lay flat
Lying down too soon can increase the risk of the product migrating. Stay upright for at least 4 hours

🏋️‍♂️ Intense workout
Increased blood flow and pressure may affect how Botox settles. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours

🙇‍♂️ Bend over
Positions that put your head below your heart can increase pressure and potential spread. Try to stay upright for the first few hours

🤚 Massage or rub your face
Pressure can move the product to unintended muscles. Avoid touching the treated area for at least 24 hours.
