Just a little reminder that our office and supplement store will be closed today, Thanksgiving Monday and will reopen Tuesday at 12 PM (noon).

Our gym remains open 24/7 for our members! 💪

🚨 FRIENDLY REMINDER: RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS. 🚨
If you use the weight, put the weight back where it belongs when you're done. Simple. 😅
Do NOT leave plates: ❌ Laying all over the floor
❌ Hanging off machines
❌ Sitting around random equipment
❌ Scattered everywhere for the next person to trip over
It’s not only disrespectful to the next person using the equipment, it’s a safety hazard.
And guys…
If the weight is too heavy for you to re-rack safely, then maybe… put a little less weight on the bar.
Or ask someone to help you put it away.
Also, the machines are not made for slamming. If the weight is too heavy to control, use less weight. Whatever happened to the mind-to-muscle connection? You can’t maintain proper control with too much weight, and slamming the equipment means there’s no control there.
We all train hard. We all sweat. We all have somewhere to be.
But cleaning up after yourself is part of being a respectful gym member.
Use it. Lift it. Control it. Re-rack it.
Respect the equipment. Respect the gym. Respect the people training around you. 🫡
