✨Hey everyone!✨

I just wanted to hop on here and Kindly remind everyone of how important it is to not only provide a timely notice of cancellation (if possible) but also show up to your appointment.

When you no show or cancel your appointments last minute , the stylist you had booked with simply does not get paid & it takes away valued time & possibility of getting another client in willing to respect & show up on time.

This has grown to be increasingly difficult, even though we understand how busy life can be , please keep in mind that your appointments are our livelihood & no one likes to show up to work unpaid.

With that being said , if you no show an appointment, we will require a 50% deposit to book your next appointment, (non-refundable or excusable) and if you no show more then twice you will no longer be taken as a client.
Please also keep in mind to at least give a 24 hour notice of cancellation if possible , so our stylist have time to fill your spot.

We have put these policies in place to protect our stylists & keep our small business alive
