MEET THE STAFF MONDAY 👋

Say hello to Loudell Rowsell! Loudell joined our pharmacy team as a pharmacy assistant in February 2017. With a background in hospital pharmacy, Loudell brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Loudell is a role model when it comes to being both a dependable and reliable employee. She is quick to be there for, and lend a hand to any member of our pharmacy team. You could say she is like our "pharmacy mom", the glue that holds us together!

When asked what her favourite part of working at Grand Falls Drug Store is, "Loudell says, "The family atmosphere; customers and co-workers are treated like family. We share in each other's sorrows and celebrations. It's nice knowing we are always there for each other."

When Loudell isn't busy working she enjoys spending time watching her wonderful grandkids participate in their various sports. She also enjoys cooking, especially for her co-workers! 🧀

We are so lucky to have Loudell on our team!

MEET THE STAFF MONDAY 👋

Say hello to Drew Moyles! Drew may be our youngest team member, but she has already become an important part of the Grand Falls Drug Store family. She is the beautiful daughter of our pharmacy technician, Bryton, and his partner, Robyn, and was born on December 6th, 2025.

Drew proudly serves as our Chief Team Motivator. Whether she's sharing smiles, boosting staff morale, or making sure everyone takes a cuddle break, she has quickly become one of the most loved "employees" in the pharmacy.

Drew's favourite part of visiting Grand Falls Drug Store is being passed around by all of her pharmacy aunties and getting ALL the attention! Her best "work" memory is her very first pharmacy photoshoot, where she proved she's a natural in front of the camera. 📸

When Drew isn't busy "working", she enjoys napping, practicing her walking (and falling) skills, picking and eating fresh strawberries 🍓, and keeping Mom and Dad laughing every single day.

We are so lucky to have Drew as part of our Grand Falls Drug Store family, and we can't wait to watch her grow over the years!

MEET THE STAFF MONDAY 👋

Say hello to Cheryl Chipman! Cheryl joined our team as a sales clerk in October 2019. While this is not Cheryl's primary full-time job, we are happy she's able to fill in to help with some office work when our office manager is away!

Cheryl comes from a business background with her father having owned two businesses, both a clothing and jewelry store over the years. Her experience in this area has made her a great asset to our team. She is a whiz both on the cash and with the book work, and an expert in customer service.

When asked what her favourite part of working at Grand Falls Drug Store is, Cheryl says, "I loved getting to know our customers over the years like family."

When Cheryl isn't busy working (1 of her 3 jobs) she enjoys many hobbies, including knitting, quilting, travelling, reading, walking, and volunteering! 🧶

We are so lucky to have Cheryl on our team!
