If you don’t know me, let me introduce myself.

My name is Vanessa Miller and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering holistic counselling locally in Grand Forks or online anywhere.
Why I established my practice?

I believe in holistic healing - I blend my nursing background, nutritional coaching and personal training with counselling to address healing from all aspects.

I believe women deserve tailored care - I am passionate about addressing body image, binge eating, relational (sexual assault, domestic violence), and hormonal matters that often (although no exclusively) occur in women as a result of cultural pressure or other narratives.

I believe in Spirit - I encourage my own access to inner wisdom/intuition and come alongside others in developing theirs while we journey together in healing. This promotes liberation for many who have felt confined or stuck by external directives and desire to expand their own knowing.
