A Healing journey thru Ayurveda

A Healing journey thru Ayurveda Anchor; in Ayurveda. Angel Teachings are life changes that are guided by the Angels. I will plan theme based classes for all parts of the body, inside and out.

This is a womans journey to healing after a spontaneous spiritual awakening (western medicine labeled a "Manic psychotic Episode") - through Attuning to the Ancient Wisdom of Ayurveda - The science of Life. We will use Angel cards to answer any questions you have and set goals/tasks/homework, (whatever you want or have time for!) to ensure that these changes are accessible in your life. The Angels

and I will stay by your side as long as you need to fully integrate these changes to a more joyful life. In my yoga classes I aspire to help you bring your mind to rest while you connect to your breath. If you have any needs or recommendations please email or add me on Facebook! Ayurveda is the sister science and medical system to yoga. We will determine your dosha and from there I will give you a yoga sequence designed specifically for your needs. Ayurveda practices and self cherishing exercises can be discussed as well. This program will depend on what YOU want! I am here for you! You enable me to teach and follow my heart! I am currently learning how to use the body in a way that is not depleting or dis-ease causing with Leeza through In The Garden!

Until I have That concurred (hehehe) i set Up alters and Call in the Animals for support.
