We are incredibly grateful to every client who walks through our doors and trusts us to be part of their wellness journey.

Looking through these photos reminds us just how grateful we are for this incredible community.

Each smile tells a story. Some of these faces came in needing rest. Some were looking for relief from stress. Some were celebrating, healing, reconnecting, or simply taking a little time for themselves.

A special thank you to those who have chosen to have their photo included on our Wall of Bliss. Sharing your photo is always completely optional, and we appreciate those who have said "yes" and allowed us to celebrate their experience at Soul House.

💧 Something New Is Flowing at Soul House 💧

We are excited to now offer ionized alkaline water at Soul House Wellness Centre.

Many people enjoy ionized water as part of their wellness routine and appreciate its higher pH, refreshing taste, and potential wellness benefits.

Guests are welcome to enjoy ionized water while visiting Soul House, whether you're here for a float, sauna, Reiki session, reflexology, yoga class, or simply stopping by.

In the coming months, we also plan to offer a refill station where you can bring your own bottles and jugs to fill up and take home.

We're excited to bring this new offering to our community and look forward to sharing more details soon.

Soul House is something I created from my own experience with healing, rest, and learning how to listen to my body.

Reiki and energy work have been a big part of that for me, but they’re just one piece of what is offered here.

At Soul House, everything is designed to support the body in different ways. From Float Therapy and the infrared sauna, to reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and other supportive treatments, the intention is always the same.

To create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.

Every session is a little different. Some people come in needing rest, some clarity, and some just a quiet place to pause for a while.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come in. You’re welcome to simply show up as you are.
If you’ve been curious about any of the offerings, this is a simple place to begin.
