My jaw is on the floor. The amount of lymphatic drainage, the healing of the diastasis recti, a little fat loss & muscle growth action! And the most important of all - she’s taking the time to do something for herself, which will make her a stronger Mom not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. 🥹💖

Every activity with 2 or more people can be submitted towards the challenge of proving to be the most active community! If there is one thing that rings true about Grand Manan, it’s that we are small but MIGHTY! From new hockey teams winning championships, to new cheer teams bringing home 1st place banners, we have proved again and again that we can do hard things! 💪🏼
