I didn’t realize how much I needed the gym until I was back here this morning. Did I want to wake up at 4:25am to get here for my “appointment time slot?” NOPE, but it feels great to have a small fraction of time where I can put on my music and not worry about anyone but ME.

I also forgot how relieving it is to have your workout done before the day really starts. Any exercise after this is just a bonus for the day 🙌

Today I was stronger then my excuses!

Another challenge done and those ladies kicked ass!! They put in the hard work and really powered through the 4 week challenge 🙌
