Today is a great day... Feel that fire inside of you. If your spark needs some tending... listen to what it needs. Most importantly.... CELEBRATE!! Give thanks. Feel joy. Dance and create. Witness growth. Stand barefoot on the Earth and ground and connect. Feel the sun on your face. Smile and laugh.

Life is full of so many things to be happy about. Let that happiness fill up your heart and soul.

Mother Earth is my greatest teacher. She has taught me about cycles, life and death, ebb and flow, rooting into my values, humility, reciprocity, letting go, power, perspective, and instinct. She supports me every moment of every single day. I know myself on the level I do by sitting with her and learning to listen and respond.

Today and every day, I honor and recognize the Earth and bow my head in reverence and devotion to her.
