I hope this message finds you well. As I sit down to write this, my heart is filled with gratitude, reflection, and a deep sense of humility.
Over the past year, I faced challenges both personally and professionally that led to poor decisions which impacted not only my mental health but also my business. These struggles resulted in my extended absence, and I know that this may have caused inconvenience to many of you who have been so supportive over the years. For that, I am deeply sorry.
During this difficult period, I was unable to maintain the laser aspect of my business. For any outstanding credits related to this, I want to assure you that refunds will be provided as finances permit. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work through this process.
I am happy to share that I have been working hard to turn things around. I have now opened a private studio and am eager to start serving clients again. This new chapter feels like a fresh start, and I am committed to making it one of growth, creativity, and excellence.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your unwavering support through the years. Your understanding and encouragement mean more to me than words can convey. I am especially grateful to my incredible wife, family, and friends, who have stood by me during this difficult time and offered the strength I needed to move forward.
