Important update regarding cancellations.
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Going forward, we will now require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Over the 3 weeks we have had over 50 cancellations or rebooking requests that were just over 24 hours notice. At that volume, it becomes very difficult to offer those spots to others in time, especially when each appointment needs to be individually re offered, confirmed, and then waited on for a reply.
This process can be very time consuming and unfortunately results in a significant loss of availability and revenue for a small business.
Effective immediately, any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost booked for the first time and 100% of the appointment value thereafter. If you have a prepaid package or credit balance, this amount will be deducted from your remaining balance.
I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and support. This policy is not meant to be difficult, but to help keep scheduling fair, organized, and manageable for everyone :)
