Forgiveness is a practice of reconciliation.

It places you in a resource state.

Meaning you can carry on forward from the energy and inner feelings of peace.

The energy, or state you create or move forward from affects the process and the outcome.

If you want to feel better in a situation, forgiveness is a beautiful practice to start with.

Forgiveness creates internal harmony.

Resentment creates internal friction.

Both have an effect on your emotions, mind, body and spirit.

Forgiveness is a path to healing, health and happiness.

It allows you to drop the emotional baggage of a situation or relationship- allowing to feel more free and light.

It shifts your energy, your perspective - your present and your path forward.

Yet knowing where the sun is transiting is like having the forecast, you know what to expect when.

Judging a situation or circumstance activates your nervous system.

Giving a rise or peak to stress without you even knowing it - until you’re in reactionary mode - fight, flight or freeze.

Wrapping a scenario in unconditional love removes the judgement.

Your guards and defense mechanisms go down.

You can see more clearly and creatively.

Giving rise to solutions.

Anger is a healthy emotion.

It allows you to recognize when boundaries are being crossed or when areas of life need attention or a new perspective.

Anger however in an unconscious loop can become dangerous and cause harm.

To call your power back from anger - if it’s taking over - see if you can wrap the situation, scenario, everyone involved in unconditional love.

Not making the scenario need to change in order for you to feel good.

See what happens when you wrap it all in unconditional love - not needing anything to change.

This is the act of surrender and your path to peace.

Don’t try to fit yourself into a standardization of beauty, ways of thinking, ways of seeing the world, how to parent - basically how to live and create your life.

You are uniquely you and are here to live uniquely by your design.

Anxiety is your body’s way of communicating to you it doesn’t feel safe.

It’s a sign your left brain is in charge and not getting you to your desired destination.

What to do?

1. Recognize that your left hemisphere is in the drivers seat - trying to control the situation in order to feel safe - and it’s time for it to take a break.

2. Thank your body for communicating to you, and the left hemisphere for all the work it’s doing.

3. Pause. Step away from the situation, scenario, conversation and move into your right brain - walk in nature (no headsets), journal, paint, dance, EFT, guided meditation - anything that gets you into a relaxed and flow state.

4. Allow whatever comes through to come through. Don’t fixate on a expect a solution to arise right away. Let the right hemisphere of the brain do its magic and offer up new ideas, creative solutions in its time.

The more you practice activating the right hemisphere of your brain, the easier it will be to access it.

Feeling over whelm, stress, anxiety? Take it as cue to step back, give space and trust the solution will come to you.
