OSTEOPATHY REQUIRES BOTH.
Osteopathy requires a thorough knowledge of anatomy and topography, physiology and mechanisms of action, as well as a differentiated understanding of osteopathic techniques.
But knowledge and technique alone do not make osteopathy for me.
It also requires the ability to be aware and listen.
To really engage with the person.
To give in, without wanting to impose anything.
To love.
And to join the flow of life, instead of wanting to control it.
Perhaps there is a special quality of osteopathic practice:
to precisely combine knowledge and deep humanity with each other.
Not either science or art.
But both.
