Making sauerkraut with cabbage you grew in your garden is next level, for me anyway. Only making a 5 pound batch today and its having me reminisce of the times when we made 500 pounds of sauerkraut with a whole crew of our friends and family.

So much has happened since I took my social media break and I got so busy I forgot to post. 🙈 We hatched baby emus, I was in a local play, we started so many projects around the farm, I have tomato plants over a foot tall in the house, its been a whirlwind. Ill try to be more present here but let's face it, I live outside now and not doing much fermenting this time of year. What have you been up to?!
