Hey friends! We have decided to make some changes to our current yoga schedule. Everything is as normal until March 18th. I am away March 18th to the 23rd so all classes are canceled except Sunday/Monday with Sheila and Karlie. When I return on the 23rd, the schedule below will be the new schedule moving forward until the end of April when we stop for the summer season. Memberships are no longer available for purchase and we will just be moving forward with drop in for class pass cards. If you have a class pass, please be sure to use up your classes before the end of the season. Thank you ✌️ Monday 6pm- Body + breath with Sheila. Wednesday 8am- primal earth with Stacy. Thursday 7pm- primal flow with Stacy. Saturday 8am- primal flow with Stacy. Please stay posted for pop up classes, free offerings and fun outdoor summer gatherings ✌️ ❤️

Hey friends! Due to low class attendance (literally nobody lol) Monday morning and Wednesday evening classes will be canceled until further notice. These classes have remained empty for a while now and it just makes sense to open the space up for massage clients in these times until there is a higher demand. We will continue to monitor what works and what doesn’t and make adjustments from there. Thanks for your support!

Come try a class at Naturally Wild Muskoka in Gravenhurst! First class is on us! We have a full class schedule. We offer warm and hot yoga, with some classes being infused with Primal Movement techniques to keep us moving forward painfree so we can age gracefully:)

No experience necessary. We have extra mats if you do not have one! Dress to sweat! And it's ok if you need a break. This is a judgement free zone. All levels are welcome. If you need to rest on your mat for half of the class, this is 100% ok. We honor our bodies for where they are at, on any given day. Bring a friend, bring a few friends.
