How many sessions will it take before you feel better?
It depends on the root of the issue.
Think of the body like layers of an onion. As treatment progresses, we work through those layers to uncover deeper restrictions that may have built up over time.
For some people, improvement happens in 1–3 sessions. For more long-standing issues, it may take a little longer.
Usually, after the first couple of treatments, the body starts responding, and the momentum toward improvement begins.
