For the month of September there are changes to hours/days of operation.

Dr. Kieran and Dr. Mandy will NOT be in office during specific days:
September 4th

September 17th, September 18th, September 21st

With that being said Dr. Mandy will be in the office Thursday September 3rd and Thursday September 10th!

Pain is not always about the painful spot, where you feel pain is not necessarily the whole story. 👀

Pain is complex, your brain and nervous system are constantly processing information from your body and your environment. 🧠

Things like injury, irritation, stress, sleep, activity levels, healing time and other factors can influence how pain is experienced, which varies per person.

Simply asking "where does it hurt?" is not always enough.

We want to understand when it happened, what makes it better or worse, how is it impacting your daily life, what are your goals?

Our goal at Grimshaw Chiropractic Care Centre is to help you live and move more comfortably and support your recovery - not simply chase symptoms.

Healing takes time. Some people may notice changes quickly, while others need more time before they feel meaningful improvement - and that is okay. Healing isn't always a straight line. You will have good days, challenging days and everything in between.

Be patient with your body. Give it time and listen to the signals it is giving you. 🤍

🎉 We are celebrating one year! 🎉

Today marks one incredible year since we took ownership, and we could not have reached this milestone without our amazing community.

Over the past year, we've had the opportunity to help so many people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. We’re truly grateful for the relationships we've built and look forward to continuing to provide compassionate, personalized care for many years to come.
