I want to directly challenge the voice inside your head that says "it's just you."

You are not alone.

Seeing bodies like your own (or bodies that are bigger or different than yours) starts to change the narrative that you have been taught for decades.

That healthy = skinny. That pretty = self-worth. That exercise = what you "should" do to lose weight.

You don't have to live by those rules.

The rules that keep you stuck, miserable, and hating your body.

I am here to show you another way.

An approach to movement and a framework for building your confidence that separates your worth from your weight.

That allows you to step out of struggle and make choices that help you feel healthy and strong - without constantly obsessing or stressing out about how you look.

It's what my Self-Love Summer Retreat is all about.

3 days with women who get it. Women who are on the same journey as you and who are also there to invest in themselves.

With powerful workshops designed to make this Summer the one that you show up differently. The Summer where you wear the swimsuit. Where you take the photos. Where you nourish your body and move with joy.

There are still 5 spots available and I would love to have you join us.

📆 June 19-21, 2026 in Collingwood, ON

It's not just a luxurious girls weekend. Its the moment you decide to say YES to believing in yourself and seeing what is possible when you have the right support.

My body is proof that your body doesn't need to look a certain way to be fit.

And - that it is possible to heal your relationship with exercise so movement feels easy, stress-free and (dare I say it) even fun.

Where your self-worth isn't tied to your weight or how you moved your body that day, it is a lot easier to enjoy movement.

Because you are focused on listening to your body and understanding what makes you feel good - rather than trying to shame and guilt yourself to do what you think you "should" be doing to be healthy.

My goal is to help you heal your relationship with exercise and write your own rules for fitness that work with your life.

It's what my new program is all about - 7 Days to Fall in Love with Movement.

It's not a fitness program with daily workouts.
It's not a lecture or a workshop.

It is an opportunity to explore movement differently - in a way that is fueled by love, self-care and body respect.

Learning combined with movement, as well as community and support.

It is the perfect way to start the healing process and the best part is - you won't be doing it on your own. 🤗 I'll be by your side the whole time, as well as other women who are on the same journey.

It starts on May 25th and today is the last day to sign up.

A huge part of why my clients and Loyobo members see long-term results and are motivated to exercise regularly?

Each other. 💕

Of course what I teach is big part of the equation - but the power of community makes a huge difference.

How long have you been trying to "go at it" alone? Feeling stuck in the same cycle of trying something new, falling off the wagon in a few days or weeks, blaming yourself, and then feeling crappy until you decide to try again.

When you are surrounded by women who get it, who have been in your shoes, it is a constant reminder that you are not broken. That it isn't your fault.

You just have been lied to - by diet culture and the fitness industry.

If you struggle with your relationship with exercise and want movement to feel easy and stress-free (and even, dare I say it, something you enjoy!)...

My new program is for you.

I am a huge trader and I think it is also an amazing opportunity to connect with other people when the world feels impossible at times. (Plus - what better way to say screw capitalism??? lol)

So, here is a list of thing's I'd be interest in trading for my coaching services or a Loyobo membership (or feel free to comment or send a DM with your idea!):

- body love (massage, acupuncture, reiki, mani/pedi's, etc.)
- CSA box or meal subscription
- Videography for content creation
- tattoos 😂
- virtual assistant hours
- photography
- plants (even fake ones..) 🌻
- hair appointments
- someone to teach me / help me with podcasting 🎤
- small business finances/ debt management
- naturopath services
- content creation or social media management
- fitness apparel / gift cards / coffee lol ☕️

And honestly, if you have another skill/service/product you think could be a good fit - comment or send me a DM. I love creative exchanges and collaborations like this.

Women supporting women for the win. 💜

(And feel free to tag someone who you think would be down for this!)

Of course exercise feels hard when your brain and your body associate it with pain, guilt, punishment, humiliation, pressure and shame.

We have all been taught that you just have to accept that exercise is hard and push through it.

No pain, no gain.
Be stronger than your excuses.

But this kind of "motivation" is exhausting. It also goes against human psychology - we don't want to do things that don't feel good or remind us of why we don't feel good enough.

So if you struggle with exercise - it isn't because you are lazy.

It's because you need to learn a new framework for exercise to help you and your body feel safe.

It's exactly why I created my Fall In Love With Movement Week.

An opportunity for women to explore movement differently - in a way that is fueled by love, self-care and body respect.

So that you can learn that exercise can feel good, stress-free and even (dare I say it)- FUN.

It starts on May 25th and the doors are officially open.

Proof that it does get better.

I spent most of my life hating my body. Believing that if I could just be thin enough or look a certain way, I could be happy. I would feel good enough. I would be loved.

The truth is that the more I learned to de-centre my body. The more I learned to reject mainstream beauty standards (rooted in p3dophilia), the more I began to feel confident in my own self-worth. And - the less I cared about other people's opinions about me - or my body.

And - it became easier to take care of myself.

To prioritize exercise.
To eat my fruits and veggies.
To get enough sleep.

My life is far from perfect and I have (and probably will) always struggle with my mental health.

But - I can passionately say that I love my body.
At any weight or size.

Not because of what she looks like, but because simply - she is my home.

And I want that, more than anything, for you, too.

So follow for more body confidence content that invites you to write your own rules. And let me know how you felt about your body in 2014.

The relationship you’ve been taught to have with exercise is built on punishment, pressure, guilt, and shame.

Most women were never taught to move because it feels good or how to have a relationship with movement that isn't centred around weight loss or how we look.

We were taught to move to shrink ourselves, to “earn” food, to fix our bodies and prove our worth, or avoid guilt.

And that kind of motivation usually only works in short bursts (if at all), before you start resisting it.

Because constantly forcing yourself, criticizing yourself, and trying to “whip yourself into shape” is exhausting. It also goes against human psychology - we don't want to do things that don't feel good or remind us of why we don't feel good enough.

So you prioritize other things. You make "excuses" and find reasons not to do it. You convince yourself that you had a hard day and you need to rest... or that you will try again tomorrow or next week.

Then you blame yourself and harbour all kinds of shame and guilt. It's a pattern that doesn't feel good... but it is SO easy to get stuck in it.

And I really want to reaffirm something: this isn’t a personal failure.

It’s what happens when movement is emotionally (or physically) unsafe.

That’s exactly why I created Fall In Love With Movement Week.

Not as another fitness challenge.
Not as a “summer body” program.

But as an opportunity to explore movement differently.

It starts on May 25th and the doors are officially open.

The average American woman encounters over 400 diet- or thinness-promoting advertisements per year... That is more then one every single day.

With social media, these kind of exposures are everywhere...

And media ideals influence 97% of women’s satisfaction with their bodies. What you see regularly impacts how you feel about your own body.

So it's important to make sure you are seeing regular bodies. Bodies of different sizes. Bodies without filters or editing, to remind you that your own body is good and normal.

You don't need to make it smaller to be worthy of love and respect.

Period.

Tag someone else who needs a reminder today.

And -make sure to follow for more body confidence content.
